Michelle C Taylor
Counselling

 MBACP (Accred)

I am an accredited psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in person in Radlett and Borehamwood as well as online.

How can I help?

Individual counselling: If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, addiction, bereavement or loss I can help you unravel your feelings and together we can find a way for you to move forwards. You are not on your own. I also work with relationship issues, work-related issues and clients who have experienced emotional and physical abuse. Counselling can be a process of growth and self-discovery, and I give space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that clients can develop a better understanding of themselves and others.

Couples and relationship counselling:  I help couples to navigate issues including infidelity, frequent arguing, parenting and separation. Many of the tensions couples face arise from old relational templates - ways of protecting, longing, or defending that were formed long before the partnership began. Counselling offers a thoughtful, supportive space to explore these patterns and understand each partner’s inner world. I focus on helping partners communicate more effectively, while still providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

I am an experienced psychoanalyst offering individual counselling and couples and relationship counselling. I enjoy building up trusting relationships with my clients helping them to move forwards with their lives.

I will start by listening to you tell me whatever is going on for you. I will make sure that you feel at ease and relaxed whether we are meeting face to face or online. Weekly sessions last 50 minutes.

Get in touch and we can arrange a free initial chat to get started. I see clients face to face in comfortable consulting rooms in Hertfordshire and I also see clients on Zoom and by telephone.
